Weekly Podcast: The Shifting Sands of Culture

Hi, Everyone,

Whether we take notice or not, the culture in which we live is always in a state of change, a change that can sometimes occur quickly or progress slowly over time. The so-called cultural norms tend to evolve or take on new shapes from one generation to the next. For example, people were fearful even to say God’s name at one point in history, but today, we hear His name often spoken in a frivolous disrespectful manner, e.g., “Oh my God!” or “Good God!” or worse. In many respects, we see our culture heading in the wrong direction and away from God. What can we do about it? We can ignite a 21 century Jesus movement! As always, I hope that you enjoy today’s podcast.

Blessings,
Darryl Orrell

Hi, Killbillyb, Yes, I have listened to Kreshchev’s speech before the U.N. on different occasions and the strategy he professes is taking place before our very eyes. Many people in the USA today eagerly seek socialism because of what they perceived as benefits without realizing what they are surrendering in return, the nation’s freedom! Always a pleasure, my brother. God bless!
