Focus Scripture: John 4:7-38
During His ministry, Jesus did the unthinkable when He led His disciples through the land of Samaria; a trek Jewish people avoided at all costs. Not only did Jesus pass through Samaria, but He also stopped at Jacob’s well and engaged in conversation with a Samaritan woman. All of which was unheard of in those days. While the Lord’s action must have awestruck His disciples, it most certainly caught the Samaritan woman by surprise in more ways than one. As always, my prayer is that God will speak to your heart through today’s message in a way that will help you to grow closer in your daily walk with Him, and to be encouraged to step out and share the gospel, which is the good news of Jesus Christ, with someone today.
A Faithful Sower Publishing is a limited liability company that is dedicated to sharing the good news of Jesus Christ and help guide people into a relationship with God and grow in that relationship. The publisher, editors, and authors achieve that end through prayer and the careful exposition of the Bible to best explain and illustrate Scripture in a meaningful engaging way so others can apply its truths to their everyday life. The mission of the the A Faithful Sower ministry team is to carry out the Great Commission issued to all who choose to follow Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord. Jesus commands us to “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation” (Mark 16:15).
