We Must Show and Tell the Gospel

Hi, Friends,

One of the challenges many Christians face is to go out and share the gospel. Why? If anything, you would think sharing the good news about Jesus Christ would come easy and be a joy to the believer when doing so. It boils down to is such people are focused on their perceived inability, not God’s supreme ability, and they frame the idea in their mind that they will just share the gospel by the way they live. Now, living the Christian life is an essential aspect of being a disciple of Jesus Christ, but it is only one-half of what it means to share the gospel. We must both show and tell the gospel.

Our mission here at A Faithful Sower and as followers of Jesus Christ is to carry the word of the gospel to the world. Jesus said, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation” (Mark 16:15). Today’s podcast speaks to God’s calling for all Christians to share the good news about Jesus Christ and do so by showing and telling the gospel. As always, we hope you enjoy the message, and Happy New Year!
