Knock-Knock; Who’s There? (Part 3)

We see seven letters addressed to a specific church before the onset of the Great Tribulation Period that Apostle John details in the Book of Revelation. Out of the seven churches, the Lord had nothing good to say about one of them, the church at Laodicea.

Episode Notes

Focus Scriptures: 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18,

The first three chapters in the Book of Revelation detail seven distinct letters dictated by Christ, written by Apostle John, and addressed to specific churches. How appropriate that John would front-load these letters in his revelation account. In those letters, the Lord gives one church praise and another church encouragement. For four out of the seven churches, the Lord gave both praise and criticism. However, there was one church of which the Lord had nothing good to say, the church at Laodicea.
